Witt Family
Sheriff Kathy Witt and her husband, Elmer, a retired firefighter with the Lexington Fire Department, have two children, Morgan and Lucas and son in law, Andrew. A Central Kentucky native, Kathy and her family are longtime members of Southland Christian Church. The Witt family’s longstanding ties to the Fayette County community are a driving force in her commitment to protecting our citizens. The Witt family is passionate about serving a community that they love and call home and meeting the needs of the down trodden. They strive to be the light as Matthew 5:14 calls us all to be.
